Pat Frew

Executive Director

Pat Frew has served in his role since August, 2010. During this period CBC has more than tripled its membership and provides some of the best networking and business development opportunities in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region. Previously, Pat was Communication Director for the Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau. Although not a native here, Pat has worked in the region since 1985 in a variety of roles spanning the news media, nonprofit and legal sectors and is known as a respected and connected communicator.  He enjoys linking members to like-minded businesses in the CBC membership roster as well as other civic, business and government leaders with the larger purpose of providing access, opportunity and growth to CBC stakeholders.

Jennifer Danner

Operations Manager

Jennifer Danner joined the CBC team in March of 2021, after 15 years in Operations and Event Planning at the Cincinnati Zoo. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, both from Northern Kentucky University. GO NORSE! She also has a certificate in Nonprofit Management and is a Certified Meeting Professional. Jennifer works with new member recruitment, member engagement, sponsorship, and administration at CBC.

Jennifer is a native Kentuckian and currently resides in Independence. She and her husband, Bob, have four children and a house full of pets! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling outdoors, visiting distilleries on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, and serving at church.

Amanda Carleski

Marketing & Events Manager

Amanda Carleski joined the CBC team in February 2023 after 15 years of working in early childhood administration. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Toledo and a Master's in Public Administration from Indiana State University (Go Sycamores!). Amanda is the Marketing and Events Manager for the CBC, where she is responsible for creating and implementing the CBC marketing strategy and leading the more than 100 events that the CBC runs each year.

Originally from Cleveland, Amanda, and her husband, Jason, moved to Cincinnati with their two children, Lorelei (9) and Josh (7), almost seven years ago. Amanda and her family currently live on the east side of Cincinnati. In her free time, Amanda enjoys serving as the Vice President of Membership for the American Marketing Association and starting up her nonprofit organization, Caution for Kids.
