AtWork Personnel is a family-owned and operated staffing firm pairing great candidates with great companies. With temp-to-hire, direct hire, and temporary options, we are making a difference in the workforce across a variety of industries including light industrial, manufacturing, e-commerce, clerical, and janitorial groups. As a Best of Staffing recipient, we provide quality service to both our candidates and clients.

How long has AtWork Personnel been a member of the Covington Business Council?

Why did you join the Covington Business Council?

When deciding to open a location in NKY, we wanted to be intentional about being involved in the local business community and finding ways to connect with the wonderful resources that Covington has to offer. CBC felt like a great opportunity to develop those relationships and connections.

What’s your favorite part of being a member of the Covington Business Council?

I’ve always said that the CBC should be renamed the “Covington Business Community”. There is a sense of connection and community that is tough to duplicate.

What committee(s) do you currently volunteer with? What do you enjoy most about volunteering?

Concierge and Membership Committees. It’s a great opportunity to welcome new businesses and continue to develop the fabric of the CBC community.

What is your favorite CBC event?

The Spring Golf Outing is always a great opportunity to spend the day getting to hit the links with friends, and then reconnect with others you may not have seen in awhile at the social afterwards.

Does AtWork Personnel have any events coming up?

I’m also a co-founder of Emerging Leaders of NKY, a non-profit that helps young professionals navigate the world of networking through monthly networking happy hours, a mentorship program, and quarterly volunteer events. We have our next monthly happy hour on Thursday September 21^st from 5pm-7pm at Second Story in Covington.
