The Well provides ample amounts of seating and large screen televisions throughout the bar making it the perfect destination for game days where all can enjoy an atmosphere perfect for rooting on their favorite sports teams.

The second concept by Chef Mitch Arens, Grub Local is all about revamping hometown favorites. We’ve thrown down in kitchens across the country to bring you our versions of American classics. Our passion is putting only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients on your plate and in your mouth. So if small bites are your thing, Grub Local is your new kink.

The Well’s Big Room

Seats up to 70

This spacious room is set up to hold 70 people seated and up to 120 people reception style. This is an atmosphere where you can allow your guest room to relax. With 11 TV’s that are mounted on the wall that can be used in conjunction with the needs of your event. With a lounge area and fire place you can recreate a warm, welcoming event for your guest.

The Well’s Small Room

Seats up to 30

This unique space is set up to hold 30 people seated and up to 55 people reception style. This is an environment where you can make it your own. With two TV’s that are mounted on the wall that can be used in a business meeting for any presentation or a social picture frame.
