Tony Kreutzjans formed Orleans Development in 2005 after spending eight years in Construction and Project Management with residential and commercial builder Ashley Development. Since founding Orleans Development, Kreutzjans has carved a niche as a developer, owner, property manager, and contractor in Covington and the surrounding Northern Kentucky Area.
