Our goal is to cultivate opportunity and improve the economic conditions of the state by helping Kentucky companies generate sales with Federal, State, and Local government agencies and buyers.
We are staffed with experienced professionals who make the success of your business their number one priority.
The Kentucky APEX Accelerator offers free procurement assistance via counseling, valuable resources, and connections to help companies sell their products and services to the appropriate government agencies.
The mission of Kentucky APEX Accelerator is to promote Kentucky’s economic development by assisting companies who are in the process of providing products and/or services to the Federal, state and local governments. Funded in part by the Defense Logistics Agency, our vision is to grow Kentucky’s economy one small business at a time.
All services are free of charge and offered only to Kentucky businesses.

As a result, doing business with the government has never been more straightforward and accessible.
This procurement technical assistance center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.* The KY APEX Accelerator cooperative agreement is managed by KSTC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Our funding is a combination of federal and state grant money and in-kind support.
