OUR PROCESS FOR ENERGY PROJECT DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES FIVE KEY STEPS.

Together, we can help you spend less on the energy you purchase with procurement and finance solutions; we can then help you use less energy by improving your building’s efficiency, and then evaluate and integrate clean energy solutions to generate your own power. It’s a sequential set of actions.

CONDUCT AN ENERGY AUDIT

Every business has unique, energy-related needs and priorities. Our partnership begins with a comprehensive energy audit to determine your building’s current energy usage and loads. As part of this process, we analyze your energy rates and review the construction of each building on your campus. With added input from your building manager or facilities team, we then can begin to prioritize your energy opportunities.

RECOMMEND CLEAN ENERGY SOLUTIONS

After the on-site energy assessment and review of your energy bills is complete, we develop a customized report with recommended clean energy solutions to achieve your goals. This energy plan details specific projects (e.g., LED lighting), as well as financing, grants and incentives available to offset the cost of these projects. These plans are flexible so each building can choose which energy service or services are the best fit for them.

DEVELOP AN ENERGY EFFICIENCY ROADMAP

With an energy efficiency roadmap, we take a strategic, long-term view of how to transform your facility from its current efficiency state to the desired state. In the roadmap, we articulate clear objectives and measures of success—all backed by data—to help you gain support and buy-in from your stakeholders.

COMPLETE ENERGY PROJECT DELIVERY
