Over the last 30 years, DEI has evolved into a strong, forward-thinking architectural design/build company, continuously researching new ways to better advance the financial industry. To date, DEI has designed, built or remodeled over 1,800 financial facilities and our purpose is to provide state-of-the-art retail facilities that help clients improve their return on investment.

Strategic Planning

A critical part of DEI’s turnkey solution is the Strategic Planning Study.  Based on years of experience, we know that planning is key to creating the “best fit” for your organization. Among other key insights, this study provides a plan that encompasses the projected service delivery and preliminary physical facilities requirements for a 5- and 10-year planning period.

Drawing on the Study’s valuable findings, your management team and Board of Directors can make prudent business decisions today and into the future.

Site Selection

Location. Location. Location.

There is no question that in order to have the best facility, you need the best location. They go hand in hand, one complementing the other. When your project demands a new location, DEI will evaluate the site selection strategy and “must-have” locations and provide a properly researched demographic match-up to your location needs. DEI will work on your behalf to search for, rank, and acquire sites associated with the established location strategy. During negotiations for land, DEI will represent you while maintaining your anonymity, to ensure the best possible outcome.
