The Bailout Systems team, over a decade, created the smallest hands-free, portable descent rappelling technology capable of lowering personnel and cargo and scalable to accommodate much heavier payloads. The company was initiated to provide innovative fall-safety devices to industries that need better solutions. We do this by challenging ourselves to develop product innovations that change an industry and ultimately deliver a product to the end-user that pushes the boundary of what was previously thought possible. This is done through a design thinking process that is user-centered. The end-user’s needs generate the criterion that fosters the product creation process. We do not allow technological limitations to stand in the way of better solutions; instead, we place a high demand on ourselves to create new and better technologies. The end-user ultimately becomes the standard by which every decision is made in the product development process.
