Become A MemberMy mission is to inspire and ignite freedom. To me, freedom, means living your most honest and authentically “you” life. I am passionate about uncovering this truth in others and fanning the flames of greatness!
Alexia is a mission-driven leader. If there’s a mission, she’ll make it happen while rallying people and creating strong diverse teams. The greater the vision, the more energy and enthusiasm she brings. Her background in media, non-profits, business, social service agencies and branding / marketing have given her insight into the multifaceted needs of people and organizations. Her goal is to bring the best out of each person and set them on a course of freedom in work and life.
“Everyone needs a coach. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a basketball player, a tennis player, a gymnast or a bridge player.” – Bill Gates
Inviting a coach into your life is an invitation for change. The pace depends on mostly on you. How motivated are you? How vulnerable will you be about the hurdles you are facing? Why are certain strategies not working for you? Is there a glaring problem you are missing?
When you are eager to open your mind to something new, you are ready for a coach. Gain a fresh perspective and create a more fulfilling life.
My coaching is based on:
We start with a 2-hour discovery session including accessing your current situation and developing your mission statement. Following that, we will meet twice a month via phone, skype or in person for one-on- one coaching sessions. Minimum commitment is 3-months.
Building culture and investing in your team has never been more important than it is now. Today’s worker needs more than a paycheck to stay engaged at work. According to a recent study by economists at the University of Warwick, happiness in the workplace led to a 12% spike in productivity, while unhappy workers proved 10% less productive. It makes sense: happy people are productive people. The researchers say it this way, “We find that human happiness has large and positive causal effects on productivity. Positive emotions appear to invigorate human beings.” (FastCompany – Jonha Revesencio, July 2015)
It’s evident to mission-driven leaders that the workplace is fertile ground for building into people professionally and personally. In doing so, you create a space for people to be happy in their work and a more profitable business. It’s a low-risk, high-reward proposition.
Discovering your Mission – In the Workplace
The Discovering your Mission workshop is a great way to infuse your team with a constructive and meaningful process of self-discovery. Participants better understand what motivates them, what they are most passionate about, and why it matters.
2-hour session.
Corporate Coaching

My coaching is based on:
Company-Wide Coaching
Imagine a workplace where you’re your teams are effective, there is mutual respect and understanding and people are rising to the top of their game.
Until now, leadership coaching has been mostly for the top echelon. There is untapped talent are right under your nose, yet it’s buried in rank and file. Your employees are begging to be understood and helped. Make an investment in your work force now and it will pay dividends in the future.
Workplace coaching is based on raising leaders among your existing staff to be coaches. Through a system of check and balances, more people than you think possible will have a coach who meet with them consistently – helping them move toward a more fulfilling work and personal life. Workplace Coaching is based on contributions from leaders and staff (at all levels). Training, materials, guidelines for effective coaching / tools for coaching and on-going support are included.
