Join us for the next CBC Hard Hat Tour behind the former Latonia Shopping Center featuring one of the few remaining industrial sites available in Covington. The 146,000 square foot structure is located at 135 W. 38^th St. The $17.6 million dollar warehouse should be completed by year end. When filled, officials anticipate up to 100 jobs could be created.
