SOLD OUT: The Hayden at Roebling Point Hard Hat Tour
Join us for a hard hat tour of The Hayden at Roebling Point! This mixed use development is transforming the former Kenton County Administration Building, located at 103 East 3rd St. Covington, KY 41011.
After the tour, we will convene for a social across the street at Smoke Justis in the bourbon lounge.

Former Kenton County Admin Building to Be Transformed, Redeveloped into The Hayden at Roebling Point
Al. Neyer has partnered with Urban Sites on the redevelopment of the former Kenton County Administration Building and jail at 103 E 3rd Street in Covington, Ky.
Working alongside the City of Covington, Kenton County, and the school board, Al. Neyer and Urban Sites look forward to providing both the construction expertise and the operational experience to bring this exciting project to fruition. Additional project partners include Elevar Design Group, THP, and Cardinal Engineering.
The adaptive reuse of the existing vacant government building will include a new steel structure overbuild. The Hayden will include 133 apartment units with an amenity suite, along with 6,000 SF of ground-floor retail space. Al. Neyer’s design-build team expects to be complete in early 2023.
