Capital Where It Counts:  That’s how the Catalytic Fund of Northern Kentucky describes its work in executing high impact real estate development projects along the southern shores of the Ohio River.  The record of success is undeniable:

The Catalytic Fund provides financial investments and real estate transaction structuring services to developers and communities undertaking urban revitalization projects. The Fund also leads vibrancy initiatives designed to attract new residents and businesses, as well as improve quality of life and place for existing community members.

Vision 2015, Northern Kentucky’s regional economic development plan, called out the need for an organization like the Catalytic Fund to help address community investment needs when we were experiencing job and population loss, property disinvestment and widespread poverty.
