Senior Sales Executive with over 25 years of experience in direct selling and sales management. As a Sales Professional, I am committed to providing outstanding customer service, a resource clients can rely upon with an expertise in the area of conflict resolution in any situation. I hired, developed and mentored the necessary talents for firm growth and sustainability during my tenure as Sales Manager. My dedication and involvement with companies and individuals on a professional and personal basis, as well as a passion for volunteerism, has resulted in an extensive network of contacts throughout Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. 

In 2012, I became Client Services Manager at C-Forward. Capitalizing on my passion for developing and maintaining client relationships, I work to achieve a high percentage of client retention. I am the liaison between the client and the technician with the goal of attaining open communication so client's technology needs are identified and implemented.
